Trevor's Kidney Care Fund

In October of 2018, Trevor went to his family doctor for high blood pressure. In November, he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Disease. Trevor has had to make many lifestyle changes to accommodate this diagnosis. His diet is very restricted, as his kidney's are unable to filter high protein, sodium, potassium, and phosphorus. He has experienced constant nausea, headaches, and weakness. With Trevor's kidney function being at 5%, he is in great need of a transplant. In the meantime, Trevor will be undergoing dialysis treatments 2-3 times a week. This fund is solely for donations that anyone would like to give as Trevor goes through this medical journey.
