Trevor's fund

Our son Trevor was born with heart defects. The main one being double outlet right ventricle. He is missing the left ventricle. He was born on June 10, 2014 and underwent open heart surgery on June 11th. He had no oxygen flowing to his right lung and it was collapsed. They put a shunt in and repaired an artery. As of now his heart is working 2x what a normal heart is. Trevor spent the first 7 and a half weeks of his life in the hospitals in Edmonton and Saskatoon. Trevor will undergo 2 more surgeries to completely repair his heart and have it function like a normal heart. His next surgery will be when he is between 4 and 6 months old in Edmonton. Trevor requires blood thinner injections daily along with several other medications. Trevor is home however requires extra care and medical expenses and appointments including some in Saskatoon. Trevor was also born missing his left forearm and the thumb on his left hand. We know that we will be facing extra medical expenses with his medications equipment and surgeries.
