And so we are going!
On the 6th May 2017 we are off on the adventure of a lifetime - trekking to BASE CAMP EVEREST!
Walking up to nine hours each day and reaching an altitude of 18,000ft (5,486mt), this 12 day trek will be a true test of endurance.
We feel it is very important to mention that 100% of what is raised is going to the Irish Cancer Society. We are paying for the trip ourselves.
Everyone we meet "How's the training going?" Standard answer "Good yea, really good!"
