Emergency Appeal - Transmitter Move

In mid-February we were advised that our transmission site is being torn down to make room for the expansion of Gosford Quarry. So we have just a few months to find a new location for our transmitter. We had no prior warning that this was even a possibility, and we have have no budget to fund such a major project.

We've spent the last 6 weeks or so exploring all the possibilities, and have settled on a location and an approach that we believe will give us the best possible outcome.

Unfortunately it’s a complex and expensive project. It requires some new equipment, and specialised consultants and workers, none of which come cheaply.

We are looking at a total project cost of about $65,000! Yes, that’s a lot! But the simple fact is that if we don’t do this, we will have to cease broadcasting.

While we have until the end of June to complete the project. we need to start ordering some of this equipment now, and we need significant deposits just to place the orders.

So we’re putting the call out now. We need your help. Can you please pray about giving a generous gift toward this project?

We’ve always been so blown away by your generosity in the past. We’re confident again that God will move in the hearts of you, our listeners and supporters. We know you know how important it is to keep Christian radio on the Coast. We know you believe in the ministry of Rhema.

So please, consider what you can give. It is important, and it is urgent. And please pray as we commence this project that God’s hand will be on us as we seek the necessary approvals and finances.
