Top Hill Caribbean Cuisine

Hello,
I became a Chef because my brother died and I felt being so young he didn't finish of what he started so I decided to take on the challenge of becoming a chef. I started on the Kings Road Chelsea at 16 yrs old and made my way to Royal Academy Golf Club, Fortnum & Mason, Holiday Crown Plaza, Westbury Mayfair Hotel and then owning my own business. Fifteen years ago I got sick and could never achieve what I wanted to do. Now in my fifty's my body is starting to heal and I feel well enough to go for my dream. This time around its for my kids. My credit is not to good so getting a loan is not easy in any shape or form but what I have is experience passion and drive not to give up. Fifty thousand pounds will sound a lot to many people, but for those who know £50,000 is not a lot when setting up a catering establishment but I know the site well as I once ran it and I have my children who will fit the fixtures and fittings for me along with a favour here and there I will have Top Hill Caribbean Cuisine back and make this the greatest delivery, take away and mini restaurant  one will here about.

This project will last for 10 years and I can give something back and help others in a job. I remember when I worked for a soup kitchen for 12 months it brought me so much joy and doors really opened for me. I hope doors will open again in a different way. The shop will open up in March and be a big boost to the community.
