Tom Davenport fund

Tom is one of the hardest working, most humble men we know.  He can figure out how to make anything work, our very own MacGyver! Like many people, Tom doesn't like to ask for help.

On Sunday, August 19th, Tom was putting the finishing touches on the family's new deck. Unfortunately while working alone, he lost his balance and ended up severely severing the fingers on his left hand.

Emergency surgeons were able to save his fingers although the future prognosis is unknown. He will not be able to return to work for at least 6 mos., will have to go to therapy for a year, and may never gain function, use or feeling back in his hand.

Tom has always worked with his hands so the road ahead of him will be long and difficult. Unfortunately Tom does not have a disability insurance plan through work so the family will be without his income for the foreseeable future. 

Please contribute in any way you can to help the Davenport family cover medical bills, household expenses, and other costs to reduce the financial burden and so Tom can concentrate on his recovery.
