Sneaker Collection Ruined By Fire

On Tuesday afternoon July 18th, someone decided to discard a cigarette butt into the weeds next to my best buddy, Zac Thomas',  house. On an extremely warm 97 degree day the weeds ignited into flames catching his wooden fence and home both on fire. Thank the Lord nobody was home as the flames quickly spread to the attic and destroyed his home. He was contacted by a neighbor and rushed home to find his house and more importantly his room full of limited, high end and hard to attain sneakers had been completely destroyed by the fire and water.

As a YouTube Vlogger with a channel dedicated sneakers this was devastating. He has been collecting limited sneakers since 2003 and has built this YouTube channel solely off of a love and passion for these sneakers. Every box for every shoe he owns was destroyed; these make up about 40% of the value of a limited sneaker. Also, the couple hundred pairs of sneakers that weren't burned are ash stained, water stained and or smoked damaged. Insurance won't even replace half of the value of the sneakers and without being able to sell certain pairs from his collection to buy new ones, this GoFundMe is a small gesture to try and get my good buddy, and one of your favorite vloggers  to keep the YouTube channel going, as well as help replacing some of his collection.

Any funds that are raised here will be used solely for the purpose of regaining the sneaker collection and attaining new pairs of sneakers to review, grow and help the YouTube sneaker community. He has always been a "do it myself" kind of guy and I know he won’t reach out and ask for any help! That being said, he will be extremely grateful and appreciative to anyone who helps keep the channel going and hopefully replace some of the lost sneakers.
