The Holloway Picture

In a future where movies are made by A.I., one woman uploads a human-made film of the past to disrupt the system of simulations and resurrect the role of the artist.

Help us bring this vision to life! The film is an NYU Intermediate Narrative Production made by handsome & hardworking filmmakers, hungry to tell big and imaginative stories.

1. Film. Yes, real film. We are shooting the project in glorious Super 16mm and need funds to pay for the film stock, processing, and scanning fees. This project is about the clash between the past and future of filmmaking, so shooting on celluloid is essential to the theme.

2. Sets! We are shooting on NYU's soundstage and building three full sets from the ground up. The materials and scope of these sets entirely depend on how much we can budget to the art department.

3. Everything else. Making movies is expensive, and we need money for food, transportation, costumes, lighting, and matching production T-Shirts -- okay, that one's the lowest priority.

Any amount helps, thank you for allowing us to bring our imaginations to life.
