Ricky Welch is a WORLD CLASS SAILOR!! And he needs your help to pursue this dream! Through his hard work, determination, and dedication to sailing, he is one of only 5 American Optimist Sailors to achieve the dream of being invited to race at the IODA World Championship in San Isidro, Argentina!
As you can imagine this amazing opportunity and honor comes with great expense. Ricky will need advanced training time, equipment, and the assosicated travel expenses, and they are monumental. Yet without them he may not be able to pursue his dream. Elite level athletes such as Ricky must ask family, friends, and willing sponsors/donors alike for help to compete and train. He will put in the time if you can put in the dime! Please help us support this extrodinary young man as he represents our country in this race and beyond!
