Your donation will directly support individuals impacted by incarceration and economic marginalization to engage in Collective REMAKE's participatory Co-operative Education and Development (CEAD) programming.
Through Co-operative Education and Development (CEAD) workshops, a Co-op Development Program, and a Train-the-Trainers Program, Collective REMAKE is committed to building an eco-system that includes a network of co-operative economic development, inclusive support systems, and sustainable healing communities.
A cooperative is “an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly owned and democratically controlled enterprise.” — International Cooperative Alliance.
Co-operative philosophy is aligned with the values of democracy, equity, equality, self-reliance, self-responsibility, and solidarity.
We support participant access and engagement through stipends; trainee pay @ $20/hr, and innovative matching investment strategies for advanced Co-op Development.
