At Rockliffe Manor we are dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our children, we would like to put any donated money towards buying resources to develop our sensory circuit provision. Sensory circuits have been linked to improve self-esteem in quiet, unresponsive children and allow them to be ready to engage, improve their focus and attention and reduce anxiety. We would also like to consider running mindfulness sessions for our staff with a trained professional, helping our staff learn the art of practising self care through mindfulness and develop strategies to support their wellbeing.

 IS A CHARITY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND WE FEEL CURRENTLY YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE BEEN FORGOTTEN ABOUT AND MANY ARE SUFFERING WITH MENTAL HEALTH, YOUNGMINDS ARE FIGHTING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND PUTTING A SMILE BACK ON FACES.
