Tesseract Teacher Fund

Losing their school was wretched enough without the educators losing 2 months’ salary owed on contracts for services already rendered, losing all accrued PTO, and losing health insurance.  Your contributions will help ease the pain and financial burden this situation has placed these fine educators.

For over 2 decades Tesseract School has been Engaging Minds and Inspiring Dreams! It with a heavy heart that I report that Tesseract has ceased to exist. Many issues have contributed the closure of this beloved institution.

As of May 31, 2017, Tesseract School ceases to exist leaving in its wake devastated educators families, and students.

Every educator became unemployed today, June 1, 2017, without notice. These educators who have tirelessly and selflessly devoted their lives to our children are not only left jobless but also without getting paid the salaries that they have already earned. I know of many educators that are still completing progress reports and student recommendations even now, even though they will not be paid. Each educator is losing 4 full paychecks as well as being left without health insurance.

As a community, I am posting this Go Fund "Tesseract Educators" fund to help the educators impacted by the closure.

All funds raised will be distributed amongst those educators impacted by the closure of Tesseract School.

If your children or family have been positively impacted by the dedicated Tesseract educators, I urge you to contribute to this fund. All proceeds will go towards helping the educators recover from their financial loss.
