Samuela Monson F. Tua'one

My sweet 2yr old nephew Samuela born of goodly parents!  He is the lil brother to two set of twins, big bro to 1 lil sis in a family of 8! He simply will make your heart melt with one lil smile with a special twinkle in his eyes that is nothing short of contagious! With the "ice challenge" endorsing cancer awareness I wanted family & friends to be aware of this lil guys "life challenge." He was born with Down syndrome and recently diagnosed with AML Acute Myeloid Leukemia and has to been hospitalized for over a month in order to receive proper treatments. With all the different cancer charities out there...I wanted to give a helping hand directly to him & his parents. With missing work, rotating schedules with aunties, grandparents and cousins so he won't be alone. Any small amount is a HUGE amount to help pay a bill or two or even a snack for his parents as they are tend to take care of our lil Miracle.
