Hey family + friends, also known as, our Framily!
As most of you may know, we are Lydia & Eddie, two parts of #TeamParra. We workout of a Crossfit box in Lithia, FL called "Crossfit For Glory" and are a part of the Barbell Club there coached by the owner himself, Josh Martin. We've been strictly Weightlifting for about 15 months and just recently qualified for the meet of all meets..."IWF Master's World Championship" in Barcelona, Spain this August 2018.
What does this mean? Essentially, it is the Olympics of our sport for our age group.
What am I asking for? For our community to come together as we represent Team USA after earning our spots by meeting the qualifying standards.
Our family goal has always revolved around our motto, "Hard work, pays off!" We want to show both of our kids, Eva- age 12 (who is a National Silver Medalist in Olympic Weightlifting) and her brother Maximus- age 3 (an aspiring lifter)... that with hard work & the help of our community anything is possible!

I am hoping you all would help me surprise Eddie with support so that the weight isn't all on his shoulders. Pun intended. Your contribution will go towards travel expenses such as lodging, flights and car rental.
You see, if Eddie knew I was starting this request... he might say something along the lines of, "No, no it's ok... we'll be fine. We'll figure it out one way or the other." I'd like this option to be considered, "the other".
Eddie has always had my back! He provides for our family in so many ways & allows me the opportunity to spend quality time with our kids as a stay at home mom. This is not a financial burden. This request is simply my way of asking the community to help me, have his back.
