MSgt Tara Jacobs Brown Foundation

Friends and family...I am urging you to help me raise money for something that means so much to me.  On 27 April 2011 my friend Tara and 8 others were killed at our assignment location in Kabul.  Tara's father Jim Jacobs started a scholarship foundation to keep her memory and her legacy alive.
