Help the Tapp Family

The Tapp family's house flooded at the end of February. From Jeff Tapp's Facebook post on February 21, 2018:
"Well, I purchased a pair of waders and went down into the basement to turn off the main breaker and the water main. Watched the water shooting between the bricks more than a foot under the level of the grass. Water from the back yard is quickly pouring down the exterior stairwell. It is now waist-high and going to rise at least 6 more inches. I really was not expecting it to come up from the West and South.
To all of our friends and family who have offered help and support, you have my sincere thanks! We are crashing at a hotel tonight and will see what tomorrow brings. Unfortunately there's not much we can do until the water recedes. We would pump it out just to have it run back in. Washer, dryer, freezer, water heater, and furnace are all going to be a loss. That's gonna be an interesting dance to try and replace all at the same time, but we will figure it out. On the bright side, the basement is getting a really good cleanup in the coming days, so that's off my spring cleaning list! Be well and stay dry everyone!"
