TWENTY16 Junior Development team's goal is helping young women realize their potential on and off the bicycle. By creating a positive team environment through mentoring, our young women learn the values goal setting, time management, teamwork, accountability, and professionalism. Confidence in young women is essential for success both on and off the bicycle. Your donation is tax deductible. We are a 501c3 organization.
