Leah and AJ started dancing hula since the time they could walk. They were originally taught by their Grandma Lee, a women who has been dancing hula for nearly 50 years now. Hula has been a big part of our family and has helped our kids build character and learn discipline, which in turn succeeding dancers. They have been dancing for the award winning halau, Nani Ola Hawaiian Dance Company, at multiple competitions, festivals, weddings, senior centers, and various other celebrations. They've just finished three successful years of competitions and have been invited to share their knowledge and passion of hula through workshops and performances overseas in Japan. Hula is very big in Japan and has an extremely large following. This is a great opportunity for both Leah and AJ to share the ALOHA SPIRIT and represent our family. Please support by donating for their trip to spread the aloha to Japan.
