Dallas's Burn Laser Surgery Bills

Hello everyone,
My name is Jeff McNew, and I'm reaching out today in attempt to assist the family of one of my co-workers. Their son Dallas was involved in an accident that left him with severe burns over 60% of his body. All through this ordeal Dallas has been nothing short of an absolute trooper.
Although he has survived and made it through the roughest portion of his ordeal, Dallas still has a long recovery and still needs many laser surgeries and steriod injections to help with the scaring and mobility.
Dallas's father is one of my co-workers, and with insurance costs today they are unable to afford insurance and have been saving for each of the surgeries as they are able. That said, Dallas has had to cancel his last two surgeries because the family was unable to meet the finanical obligations.
My hope is that we can all come together for Dallas and try to get the surguries he needs.
Honestly, I havent talked to the family about posting this. I don't want this to be uncomfortable for them but at the same time I feel like we need to come together to help this boy. I know how hard his father works to try to provide but it's very difficult.
My hope is that with the donations recieved we can make payments to the hospital where Dallas's treatments are done. (Dr. Molnar at Wake Forest Baptist in Winston Salem) The goal here is to see that Dallas gets the care he needs, and to that end, I'm open to any and all suggestions to help reduce the cost of his treatments or any other suggestions for his family.

I know the family would be eternally grateful for any and all help and assistance in whatever form you may be able to provide. Whether it be ideas, posts to his Facebook page, doctors who handle treatment like his that might be willing to do it at some type of reduced rate etc. Anything will help.
