Todd and Julie Tornow lost their oldest son Steven on Sunday (5/22/2022) at the age of 27. Steven was a kind and sweet soul that Rosa and I watched grow up in our neighborhood. I have such fond memories of him cruising down Ted Hines on his skateboard to see his parents. He was always ready to stop and chat, and he was always polite and cheerful.
