Op zondag avond (15/10) en maandag heeft het noodlot toegeslagen bij mijn ouders (Dirk Van der Auwera & Christine Krol) te Portugal.
Een verwoestende brand heeft alles weggevaagd.
Deze brand was van een gigantische schaal, vergelijkbaar met 2 Belgische provincies die afgebrand zouden zijn.
Mijn ouders hebben 14 jaar een project te Portugal opgebouwd, namelijk het domein Dragonplace – Quinta do Tapado in Fiais da Beira.
Het project betrof hier om een domein van een 10ha van onbewerkte, onbewoonde “brousse” in terrasenstructuur naar een opgekuist en ecologische gecultiveerde domein om te vormen en dit met veel nieuwe infrastructuren (gebouwen, zonne-energie installatie, watervoorzieningen, …) en materialen (tractoren, waterpompen, generators, ...)
Dit alles is in 1 nacht verloren gegaan.
Daarom mijn actie tot deze crowdfunding.
Het is belangrijk voor mijn ouders dat ze morele en praktische steun krijgen maar ook zeker financiële steun krijgen.
Mijn ouders moeten zeer snel enkele basisbehoeften terug opbouwen, daarom is elke gift welkom !
Deze basisbehoeften zijn voornamelijk opbouw van infrasturctuur en aanschaf van technische materialen /oplossingen en andere ...
Hier een prioriteiten lijstje :
- Wagen (2dehands lokaal misschien te vinden voor 4000-5000 €)
- Stroomgroep (nieuw : 14000 €, 2dehands misschien te vinden voor 4000-5000 €)
- Energiesysteem (een basis PV-systeem met batterij 7000-8000 €)
- Brandhoutzaagmachine (240 €) en kliefmachine (2000 €)
- Terug opbouw van een keuken infrastructuur (in container vorm, 2dehands misschien voor 2000 € te vinden)
- Inrichting van keuken, keuken kasten en tablet ( met ikea mat., schatting : 1800 €), ijskast/diepvries (+/- 600 €), broodmachine (60-100 €)
en andere toebehoren(...€?).

On sunday night (15/10) and monday, fate struck my parents (Dirk Van der Auwera & Christine Krol) in Portugal.
A devastating fire has wiped everything away.
The fire was of a giant scale, more than 100 000ha are burn down.
My parents have 14 years built a project in Portugal, namely the domain Dragonplace - Quinta do Tapado in Fiais da Beira.
The project involved here to a domain of 10hA of raw, uninhabited "bush" in terrace structure, that now be cleaned up and ecological cultivated area is and this with a lot of new infrastructure (buildings, solarpower plant, water supply, ...) and materials (tractors, water pump, genrators, ...)
All this was lost in one night.
Therfor my action to this crowdfunding.
It's important for my parents to get moral and practical support, but also to get financial support.
My parents need to build some basic needs very quickly, so every gift is welcome !
These basic requirements are mainly build up of infrastructure and purchase of technical materials/solutions and other ...
Here is a priority list :
- Car (second hand, locally maybe for 4000-5000€)
- Generator (new: 14000€, second hand maybe for 4000-5000€)
-Energy system (a basic PV system with battery 7000-8000€)
- Firewood circular saw (240€) and wood-split machine (2000€)
- Building a kitchen infrastructure (in container form, second hand maybe for 2000€)
- Equipment for the kitchen, like cabinets and tablets (estimation 1800€), refrigerator and freezer (+/-600€), bread machine (60-100€), and other accessories (....€?)
