Steps for Jeff

Donation protected
15 years ago, Jeff Bingham was given a second chance at life when he received his heart transplant. Unfortunately, in the last few years, his heart has not been as strong, and he has had a few set backs.  Most recently, Jeff lost his ability to walk due to a lengthy hospital stay.  For the last few months, he has been in a rehabilitation facility relearning muscle movement, balance and building strength.  He has come a long way and his physical therapist states that he is a model patient - her most motivated student!

Jeff is at a critical phase in his relearning to walk, and being able to move back home with his family.  Thus far, insurance has covered the majority of the cost for his rehab. However, now when it is most important for him to be able to continue, the insurance company is saying he has reached his max allowance for rehab.

We are trying to raise funds for Jeff to stay and continue his therapy for an additional two-three weeks.  These additional weeks will give him the confidence and stability to not only be able to be a stronger walker, but also to manage stairs.  Being able to comfortably do stairs, is critical for Jeff to be able to go home.

We pray for Jeff and all involved with helping the Bingham Family and ask that you be as generous as you are able.  No donation is too great or too small.

Thank you.
