As many of you know by now, our father, Stephen T. Chase passed away suddenly yesterday at the young age of 63. We are told it appears to be the results of a heart attack or another major medical situation. We will know more once the medical examiner conducts an autopsy.
Thankfully Hilary and I have an incredibly loving and supportive large family. My dad leaves behind 5 older siblings who are just as heart broken as we are, along with many other beloved family members (on both his side and my mother's).
I absolutely hate to be making one of these pages but Hilary and I are both at a loss. Being our dad's next of kin, we don't even know where to start to help lay our dad to rest.
We do not want to put the burden of funeral costs solely on family or on ourselves.
(We also didn't know what goal to set and our goal may change when we get more information about funeral costs).
To those of you who have already reached out to us... Thank you for the kind words and prayers.
