Peru Mission Trip
As many of you know, I have gone on mission trips every few years to Nicaragua with Mustard Seed. This year I will not be doing that, but God has given me an even greater gift "“ the ability to do a father/son retreat with my oldest son Thomas. We will be going to Peru with a wonderful group of men and our sons. The boys range in age from 8th-12th grade and for many (including Thomas) it is their first time doing a mission trip to help those that God has put in our path.
My family and I have been blessed with many gifts from God and this is a very real way for us to give back. I have received much more than I put in during my Mustard Seed trips and I am confident that this trip will be just as incredible for me but also for Thomas. We get such few opportunities as parents to teach our children and to have them truly be God's hands here on earth.
I am asking for your help. Your contributions are 100% tax deductible but more important you will be making a huge contribution to the people we are helping. Any amount you can give will be greatly appreciated. If you can't give, I would ask that you contribute in another powerful way: Please make a point to pray for Thomas and I during the week of our mission trip "“ April 4 through April 13.
