The strength of BBA Aviation & Signature Flight Support lies within its people.
The impact from Hurricane Irma and Maria has been felt by Signature Flight Support facilities in the Caribbean, Southeastern United States and at BBA Aviation & Signature Flight's Orlando corporate headquarters. Team Members in the Caribbean, especially on the island of St. Maarten and Puerto Rico have weathered the full force of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes ever recorded. Our Key West location and Team Members have also experienced severe impacts from Irma. Many of our Team Members have suffered significant damage to their homes and in some cases total losses.
Team Members around the global BBA Aviation and Signature network have asked how they may contribute to the recovery effort and directly assist those effected by Irma. Signature Corporate has created this GoFundMe page to collect monetary donations which will deployed to those most in need of assistance.
My name is Darrin Bigwarfe, Vice President of Human Resources from our corporate office in Orlando, FL. This campaign will run until September 30, 2017. Your donations will be matched by BBA Aviation/ Signature Flight Support up to $25,000. Signature will then distribute the funds to those team members most in need of emergency funds and plan to do so by October 13, 2017.
