Help us fund our conference on LGBTQ aging!  



2014 Conference Theme "Growing Older – Growing Bolder" is the theme of the Senior Pride Initiative’s 2nd annual conference on LGBTQ Aging. We believe growing older should not automatically relegate people to lives of solitude and frailty. We also recognize that our LGBTQ elders paved the way for many of the civil rights victories we are enjoying today. From the riots of Stonewall to the demise of DOMA, we know that being bold and visible creates change.




Through "Growing Older - Growing Bolder", we hope to encourage our LGBTQ elders to remain empowered, visible, and bold as they impart lessons from their history and continue to demonstrate aging with dignity and pride.
