From the 757 to Business School

Dear Friends and Family,
I’d first like to say thank you for all of your support! From the poetry, to the fashion, to the business endeavors; in one way or another you all have expressed that you believe in what God is doing in my life, for that I am incredibly thankful! As many of you may know, I am a candidate for Bachelors of Science in Design Management and Bachelors of Business in Marketing at Radford University, approaching my junior year.
I am proud to say that I’ve been accepted in to the BBA Program at EmLyon Business School in France. I will be apart of the Accelerated Bachelors Of Business Administration Program as a Foreign Exchange student from Radford University. I chose Radford university as my school of choice because of the leadership opportunities that could assist me in shaping my passions & entrepreneurship skills. Discovering the study abroad program was amazing because it provides the real greater world experience that I desire to gain a taste For what my professional career will be like.
I am sending a message for help to excel because I’ve learned how to be humble and ask for help when necessary, especially at the expense of chasing my dreams. I believe that I am called to creative industries, which has birthed a passion in me to use my entire being as an art form to inspire and empower others. My overall end goal is to continue to serve God in creating opportunities for others in multiple creative industries. To share in building my foundation & professional work; I am a student activist, performing poet, a fashion and faith blogger, and the self-published author of the anthology, “Pink Velvet; Poems, Quotes, and Words Of Affirmation For Girls Becoming Women”. I’ve been graced to minister through acts of service and -performance, competed in spoken word arenas such as Brave New Voices International Poetry and Music Festival; Universities like Hampton University, Old Dominion University, Virginia Technical Institute University, Radford University, as well as perform among stages at the Chrysler Museum of the Arts and the Kennedy Center. While gathering necessities, preparing for understanding international travel, and doing life abroad I count the cost! I ask that if you feel moved, to donate and support. However, if you don’t want to donate in a monetary fashion right away, please know that there are a few ways you could support!
1) Look into my written art and buy a copy of “Pink Velvet; Poems, Quotes, and Words of Affirmation for Girls Becoming Women”
2) Attend my first Poetry Showcase This August! (Details Will Be Rolling Out Soon)
3) Pray for Me on this journey to Higher Learning, deeper dimensions, and greater victories!
