Give Sweet Myra Another Chance at Life

This poor baby was hit by a car on Babcock Road. I found her in my apartment complex, Mission Ranch. I got her to the vet, she is not chipped but she is in bad shape. Pelvic fractures and arthritis. The vet is saying to fix her it will cost $6000. I am paying for today but I know she has a family out there. She has a collar, she is well fed and has good teeth. She knew the crate and was not afraid to get into it. The vet is telling me I can sign the waiver to put her down. I CANNOT do that! I know someone is missing her.

We just need to give her a chance to get better and hopefully find her owners. If we hit our goal and her owners are not found, then we will find her a good foster and hope for a forever home. She is a very sweet girl. We honestly do not even know her prognosis but she deserves the chance.


MYRA UPDATE: MEDICAL FOSTER and MEDICAL FOSTER DONATIONS - are greatly needed for this baby. The vet is not going to do X-rays and we are looking for another vet but cannot proceed with any procedure just yet. We need to keep this baby comfortable and taken care of until then.
