I need my service dog back!!

UPDATE: We raised enough to cover the 50% down payment so the emerency surgery could be performed (thank you friends!!), but now the hospital won't release him without the other 50%!! I've exhausted all of my options, they won't take payments, I don't qualify for care credit because of my own medical bills, and my family & friends have given all they can.
They're holding him hostage at the hospital like a car in impound, adding boarding fees every day...
I NEED TO GET HIM OUT!!

I've been doing animal rescue for almost as long as I can remember, I've rescued and re-homed over 150 animals using funds out of my own pocket. Never in a million years did I think that Goodboy and I would need to be rescued. My wonderful sweet service dog "Goodboy" woke up paralyzed today. He has a ruptured disc in his back. He has to have surgery TODAY that can fix the problem forever and save his life, otherwise he needs to be put down to spare him from unbearable pain. Death is not an option. Especially when a surgery can save him today, right now. He is young, fit, and in his prime, not even half his life is behind him. He is also my service dog for PTSD, before Goodboy I couldn't leave my house alone without having a panic attack or flashback. Because of Goodboy I can go to school, work, and live a normal life without the use of harmful medications that leave me incapable of doing anything. Goodboy has saved my life and I can't live without him. I need to return the favor and I need to do it NOW! We're on our way now to Dr. Wayne Berry, Veterinary Neurologist, in Irvine, CA but without any means to pay for the $7,000 treatment that will save Goodboy's life. Please help! Please help with any amount you can!! I am on my knees begging you to help my Goodboy!
