The Sankalpa Collective needs your help!

On August 5th 2022, The Sankalpa Collective community received the sad news that Jessy Nicholson, the owner, will have to close the yoga/pole/dance studio located at 1947 S Broadway, Denver, CO 80210. It is expected to be officially closed on September 2nd, 2022. And because of unforeseen circumstances, read below, the owner Jessy is also at risk of losing her home.

The Sankalpa Collective is more than just a yoga and pole studio. It is a family, a community and a space of healing.

Welcoming in humans of all walks of life, you step foot in the door, and something inside of you changes for the better. Everyone who walks through those doors finds family, healing, and inspiration.

Opening during the midst of covid, The Sankalpa Collective has faced many challenges from the beginning. Having classes and numbers not pick up like anticipated has created many problems, but the studio has pushed forward.
Recently, unforeseen events happened with a flood in the studio, and the financial hardship escalated.
Pushing through challenges that no studio owner should ever have to face, Jessy Nicholson still changes the lives of every student that has walked through those doors.

The Denver community is a different place because of The Sankalpa Collective.
The Denver community NEEDS the Sankalpa Collective.

The unforeseen circumstances have led to financial hardships, and The Sankalpa Collective will be closing its doors on September 2nd.
On top of the studio closing, the owner, Jessy is at risk of losing her home due to the escalation this situation has led to. We are hoping to raise enough money so that this does not happen!

This fundraiser will help the studio be able to reopen in a smaller space and keep this community alive, as well as keep Jessy in her home!
Many hearts would be broken, and lives would be changed (in not the best of ways) if The Sankalpa Collective were to close its doors for good.

We appreciate you taking the time to read this, be here, share and donate. Your time, money and energy will go to helping this female-owned small business re-open its doors and keep creating healing and inspiration and changing the lives of the Denver community.

If helping out with money is not an option at this time, a simple sharing of this GoFundMe page goes a long way. Thank you so much for your love and support.

Sincerely,
The Sankalpa Collective Community
