Hello and blessings, Khaled Hassan, is a highly talented artist, athlete and animal lover who dreams of giving his family a future free from fear and uncertainty.

This fundraiser is project watermelon vetted and supported.

The current situation in G@z a makes this dream seem increasingly out of reach. With limited resources and opportunities, Khaled and his family are in urgent need of assistance to escape the dangerous circumstances they find themselves in. They have been displaced several times from the area of G@z a City. His home and all of their belongings have burned down to ash and rubble. They are currently sheltering in R@f ah.

Your generous contribution to this campaign will directly support Khaled and his family's journey to safety. Khaled is responsible for the support and protection of his mother and sister. Your donation will help cover essential expenses such as food, water, shelter and other necessary provisions to ensure their safe passage out of G@z a as well as evacuation fees for himself and his two family members.

Evacuation fees are ranging from $8,000 to $10,000 dollars. Part of this fee is for the logistical and registration processes to legally cross into the Egyptian border. In addition, registered evacuees must demonstrate a plan to be able to sustain themselves upon arrival into Egypt, therefore, portion of the funds are reserved for the immediate daily living needs such as water, food, medicine for health needs, and emergency shelter.

Emergency aid (food, water, shelter) = $10,000

Due to the unrealistic costs of food and daily living needs we have increased goal to help with covering expenses of food, water, shelter, transportation, medical aid and logistics.
