Soy Jhon Luis Velásquez Hernandez, tengo 16 años, estudio 4to año de bachillerato soy buen estudiante, deportista, fanático de futbol pertenezco a la familia de Estudiantes de Caracas Sport Club me estoy formando como futbolista es mi sueño más grande aparte de superar mi Diagnostico de cáncer llamado Linfoma de Hodgkin.
El 20 de abril de 2016 fui Diagnosticado de LINFOMA HODGKIN CLASICO VARIEDAD ESCLEROSIS NODULAR EC III B IHQ.
Una mañana me levante con dolor de cabeza algo inusual porque siempre he sido sano, desde ese momento este diagnóstico ha intentado apoderarse de mi cuerpo pero jamás de mi mente y mi voluntad, para ese momento se me formo un trombo en la Vena cava superior, se ensancho mi tórax ya que el tumor crecía en solo un día muy rápido me inflamo mi cuello y cabeza haciendo de ellos casi uno solo.
El tratamiento recomendado es quimioterapias, he recibido 4 protocolos de quimio y 20 radioterapias que aún me dejan un resto de 4mm del tumor, debí recibir otro protocolo para estar libre de cáncer, pero la falta de medicamento ha complicado mi salud ya que recibí una quimio que no me correspondía pero que mi médico tratante me indica porque no queremos dejar de atacar el tumor, para el día 26/09/2017 me encontre hospitalizado recibiendo tratamiento de antibióticos y transfusiones de plaquetas ya que tenía los valores en 0 (cero) los médicos lucharon por mí en Venezuela éramos un equipo, no hubo posibilidades de que yo recibiera tratamiento adecuado en mi País es por ello que me vi en la necesidad de dejar mi familia para venir a Perú ya que tengo la oportunidad de curarme y lograr las metas que deseo, espero poder contar con tu apoyo.
Los fondos que hoy solicito deben ser recolectado lo antes posible ya que los médicos planea colocarme varias quimioterapias aún no saben cuántas todo depende de mí evolución para luego hacerme transplante de células progenitoras hematopoyéticas autòlogo, es decir soy mi propio donante, en días pasados por tener 5 meses sin recibir tratamiento porque mi familia está buscando opciones para mi tratamiento para este momento la tumoración se ha hecho visible por lo que no ha sido tratado de inmediato aparte de que llegar a otro País es complicado para ser atendido debo tener carnet de extranjería y otra exigencias que hemos superado, el día jueves 01/02 recibiré mi primera quimio en este País para esta planificación hemos gastado alrededor de 200 dólares.
Necesito tu ayuda no solo para recaudar con urgencia fondos , necesito cubrir mi tratamiento ya que estoy recibiendo en el INEN - INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE NEOPLASICAS.
En Venezuela estuve en tratamiento con el Dr. Cesar Giménez Oncólogo Pediatra de la Unidad de Oncología en el Hospital Pediátrico San Juan de Dios, dejo sus datos él puede dar detalle y fe de lo que en mi historia dejo.
En Perú estoy siendo tratado por distintos médicos pero mi caso lo lleva la Dra. Silvia Neciosup Delgado Directora Ejecutiva del Departamento de Oncología Medica del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas quien también tiene conocimiento total sobre mi caso.
El Dr. Cesar Gimenez Realizo el enlace para que recibiera mi tratamiento en España pero no fue posible por el alto costo que presupuestaban es por ello que hoy me encuentro en Perù, por favor a las personas, empresas o instituciones que deseen y puedan colaborar no duden en hacerlo esto es real y necesito de toda su colaboración para cubrir todo mi tratamiento.
Por no recibir las quimioterapias que me correspondían
mi tórax nuevamente se está ensanchado y estuve neutropenico febril con valores bajos y recibiendo transfusiones de plaquetas, me encuentre hospitalizado y mi familia busca recursos para poder ayudarme por favor ayúdame tú también

I am Jhon Luis Velásquez Hernandez, I am 16 years old, I am a 4th year high school student, I am a good student, sportsman, football fan I belong to the Caracas Student Family Sport Club I am training as a footballer is my biggest dream apart from overcoming my Diagnosis cancer called Hodgkin lymphoma.
On April 20, 2016, I was diagnosed with LYMPHOMA HODGKIN CLASSIC VARIETY SCLEROSIS NODULAR EC III B IHQ.
One morning I woke up with an unusual headache because I have always been healthy, from that moment this diagnosis has tried to take over my body but never from my mind and my will, for that moment I formed a thrombus in the superior vena cava, my thorax widened as the tumor grew in just one day very fast I swelled my neck and head making them almost one.
The recommended treatment is chemotherapy, I have received 4 chemo protocols and 20 radiotherapies that still leave me 4mm rest of the tumor, I should have received another protocol to be free of cancer, but the lack of medication has complicated my health since I received a chemo that did not correspond but that my treating doctor tells me why we do not want to stop attacking the tumor, for the day 09/26/2017 I was hospitalized receiving treatment of antibiotics and platelet transfusions since I had the values in 0 (zero) Doctors fought for me in Venezuela, we were a team, there was no chance that I would receive adequate treatment in my country. That is why I felt the need to leave my family to come to Peru because I have the opportunity to cure myself and achieve the goals What I want, I hope I can count on your support.
The funds that I request today should be collected as soon as possible since the doctors plan to place me several chemotherapies still do not know how much everything depends on my evolution and then I get transplanted autologous hematopoietic progenitor cells, that is to say, I am my own donor, in the past days to have 5 months without treatment because my family is looking for options for my treatment for this moment the tumor has become visible so it has not been treated immediately, apart from the fact that arriving in another country is complicated to be treated.
