SOL Calendar 2020:fundraiser with a difference!

SOL is a local history group founded in 2017. Maybe you attended one of our free events, or have been impressed with our work during the last 2 years? Now is your chance to donate to support more events, projects and publications. We are very keen to include everyone and not make attendance at events dependent on income, so we don't charge membership or event fees. We are all volunteers and provide much of the equipment & cover expenses out of our own funds.
For every 10 EURO donation you make = 1 free SOL calendar for you!***
We have created an A4 calendar full of unique photos of old Lucan. The calendar is printed on high-quality paper and has unique photos from Paul Butler's collection of the Lucan area. Paul is a member of the SOL committee and takes beautiful drone and camera pictures of historical areas and buildings in the area.

You also have the option of picking up your calendar in person at our upcoming events in August during Heritage Week, and from our stand at the Lucan Festival in September. If you have any queries, or would like to enquire about non-local p&p costs, email us at [email redacted].
This fundraiser will help us cover costs for running events for the community in Lucan and visitors to Lucan, as well as publishing our heritage leaflet of the area which we distribute free of charge to local businesses to raise awareness and education.
Heritage Week is coming up in August and we are running 2 events for the public, and want to reprint our leaflet for that, and for Lucan Festival in September.
We are also at the final stages of our Graveyard Transcription Project in the medieval graveyard in Lucan village, and we need money to print this pamphlet.
