There has been kindling in our hearts, for a few years, a love for the church in the UK and Europe. We can't escape it, nor do we want to.
I can't put my finger on where it all began. It's a big mishmash: Alex studying abroad in France, our trip to London in 2010, our love for the "local church" [working on staff at Austin Christian Fellowship], learning about Equip and Empower Ministries and Project Europe, ACF supporting the Rapp family in Aix-en-Provence, learning about and supporting The A21 Campaign [Anti-human trafficking], etc... our list of "nudges" continues to grow.
Less than 1% of Europeans are evangelical Christians
The Church in Africa is growing 50 times faster, and the Church in Asia is growing 43 times faster than the Church in Europe
Europe is an economic, political, and ideological powerhouse
"How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent?" Romans 10:14-15a ESV

Most families in the UK and France do not have physical needs, they have "just enough." Most families just need Jesus.
WE ARE EXCITED about the opportunity we have this July [2013] to travel to both Brighton and Aix.
Through ACF, we have connected with a family [The Camerons] from Austin, TX living in Brighton. We want to pray/learn/investigate God asking our family to live and do ministry in the UK. [July 2-7]
We also have the opportunity to serve with our friends [The Rapp family] in their beloved Aix-en-Provence, France at ICCP's Children's Summer Camp. We will lead worship, meet technical needs and jump in serving where ever else we can to share Jesus' love with families in Aix! [July 8-13]
So here's our ask: Please prayerfully consider joining us by supporting our travel, stay & ministry in Brighton and Aix-en-Provence.
We need you to SEND US. We can't do this without you.
God is so perfect in how He calls and sends.
Both are important. Both are necessary.
Both partake in the sacrifice and in the blessing.
[And, friends, we are taking our awesome two year old, Milo. So we're not messing around when we say, we're going to NEED your prayers!!] :)
We are thankful for each one of you: family, friends, ACF [our church family] & our brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ in our city, nation and around the world.
