Ryan's WSJ 2019 Fundraising

My name is Ryan and I'm 12 years old. I have been selected from a group of over 100 applicants from within Norfolk Scouts to be part of the Norfolk Contingent (Unit 18) to attend the World Scout Jamboree in West Virginia, USA, in 2019.
The cost of this lifetime experience is £3,695and I am trying to raise funds for Norfolk County Scouts to enable me to attend. I already have some ideas planned and other fundraising events organised myself, however I would be grateful for any donations towards my fundraising target.
To help raise funds, my dad ran the Boston UK Marathon in April, and I am doing a 46 mile walk in May which I hope to get some sponsorship for doing.
By going to the World Scout Jamboree I hope to learn new skills, and to grow in confidence by being part of a big team, as well as finding out more about the cultures and scouting movement of other countries, and to share new friendships with scouts from around the world.
