Help our Loved Ru

Ru, also known as Ruby, and Rulynn is a teacher at our children's daycare. She is an amazing woman, who has touched all of our kids, from their very earliest days. Ru is one of the first names our children learn to say.

Unfortunately Ru, had some complications involving a surgery to remove Kidney Stones, that put her into the ICU, and as of today she has spent 10 days in the ICU and will also be off work for another month, which is minimum at this point.

We desperately want Ru to be able to come home and only worry about getting better, to have to worry about the bills that are piling up, and all the time off too, distracts from her healing.

She has done so much and been the caregiver to so many children. Ru is deeply spiritual. She is involved with her church, and her family, our community, and our children.

Please, please pay it forward and contribute some money to help Ru with these medical bills. Even if it is $20 dollars, if we all add a small about of money and let people know it can add up.

It is amazing to see the community of parents and friends and family that have rallied behind Ru, and each and everyone of us wants her to come out of this situation quickly.


We understand that people help in many different ways: some people prefer check or cash donations. There is a collection envelope in Ru's classroom as well. Please ask one of the teachers at her school and you are more than welcome to donate in person there as well.
