It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart to say that Wesley is now with our Almighty God in Heaven. After patiently waiting 7 years for a kidney donor, he received a call for a kidney the morning of Friday November 3, 2017. What started out as a routine surgery took a turn for the worst a few days later. Wesley began to experience complications and on the morning of November 8, 2017 he was rushed into emergency surgery in a life saving effort. Regretfully, he did not make it through. The family was so unprepared for the outcome as everyone thought he was going to go home and make a full recovery.
Wesley was surrounded by his family and we know he is now in God's hands. He is survived by his wife Loida and daughter Jenelyn. His wishes are to be put to eternal rest in his homeland, the Philippines. With this being so unexpected, we are raising funds to help his family prepare a memorial service in Manteca, CA and to support his last wishes in bringing him home. Any donations big or small are greatly appreciated.
