Endo and IC surgery

I'm a 31 year woman, who never could have imagined myself in this situation. This will be my 5th major Endo related Surgery. 4 years ago I had to make the tough dsecison to have a total hysterectomy. ( Left ovary the only thing left to "avoid menopause" which was a total bs story.) As devasting as it was to know I couldn't ever bare a child ( my now husband was my boyfriend at the time, which made making the desicion even more awkward, since we had yet to discuss our future together or even marriage). I went through with it, with his total support and love. We are both nurses in different fields/ specialties, so we know more about this medical issue and its complications than most.

Currently, due to having endo since I was 15, I've developed many other serious diseases that are in fact caused by endo: autoimmune disorder, pre diabetes, depression, anxiety, allergies, interstitial cystitis, pelvic floor dysfunction, ibs, gastritis, hemorrhoids, anemia, chronic fatigue, celiac disease, ovarian cysts, kidney stones, poly nephritis, unable to have biological children, uterine and cervix cancer cells, dysplagia and very early menopause (which puts me at high risk for breast cancer).

Im workng as much and as often as my body can handle, my main job is a geriatric nurse  ( which i adore) and my PRN job is for medically fragile children.

Im very stubborn ( ask those close to me) and am quite frankly embarrassed to be asking for help, so this is very very dificult for me and my ego. 

Sadly if I can't Come up with $ 7500 on April 1st, I'll be denied surgery and will have to start the whole process over again.
