Raising Money for Community Educational Programs

Help us to raise funds for the 2023 programs: Food & Nutrition Education, Cancer Education and Survivorship Support, and Well Woman Wellness Program.  You can make a difference by donating today to Advocates for Community Wellness, an NFP faith-based health promotion organization without walls. We bring our wellness programs to you, where you live, work, learn, play and worship. Since 2003, Advocates for Community Wellness has dedicated its resources to health promotion and educating the public on the connection between diet, health and chronic diseases and the education of healthy lifestyle. Our four core areas of concern are Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, and Mental/Emotional Health Education.

 

Have you, your family or your friend been impacted by one of these diseases directly or indirectly? Too many people struggle and die prematurely because of these chronic illnesses but treatable diseases for most people. Having a support system in place can make a difference in health outcomes. Our goal is to provide more educational programming, awareness, support and encouragement to help individuals and families live a long, vibrant, healthy and whole life so that all communities can thrive with their members.
