After a risky but successful surgery to save the twins Naomi and Zach are continuing to face uncertainty and complications with their twin boys. They are waiting on results of potential brain issues with one of the their boys and Naomi will soon be admitted to the hospital for the rest of her pregnancy to be closely monitored.
