Ponte Vedra POWER going to Nationals

Dear Family and Friends,
Our 12U Ponte Vedra POWER team has qualified to compete at the 2013 ASA 12U "A" Girls Fastpitch National Championship in Chattanooga, TN this summer. The girls have worked amazingly hard all season and have been preparing for Nationals through intense practicing and playing up in 14U tournaments to challenge themselves. The POWER won the 14U Championship July 14th at USSSA World Series Warm Up tournament and placed 2nd in the last two 14U tournaments they played in, so they are gaining confidence to take on the other 12U teams from around the country playing at Nationals this year. Their trip begins July 27th with a hopeful end in the Championship game on August 4th. We are hoping to raise some funds through family and friends of the POWER to off set some of the cost of traveling, lodging, and tournaments fees and expenses that come along with a tournament of this level.
