garage and vehicle destroyed in tornado

Hi my name is Leslie I'm setting up this fundraiser for my mom and dad. the Hampton tornado that came through last night destroyed their garage and their vehicle and another tree landed on the front porch they are elderly and live on a fixed income they just got the car inspected and only have liability so the vehicle wont be covered by the insurance they also do not have home owners due to financial difficulties any help would be greatly appreciated they are not capable of doing the work on their own thank you so much in advance.
