I need your help.

I was once an active volunteer in my local Rotary Club. Now, I struggle with diabetes, leaving me unable to work, a non-functional shoulder, and a walker I have kidney dialysis three times a week, take twenty (20) pills a day and am going through foreclosure. Medicaid pays most of my bills but is reducing my home health aide's hiurs from 29 to 15 hours a week. She helps me with toileting, showering, dresing, and grooming. She also cooks, cleans, and runs errands for me, I have begun to sell my possessions to raise money, but I do not have much to sell.
For a transplant, I must live in an at-home setting and have 24/7 in-home care. Medicaid will not pay for rent, utilities, food and such. Presently, my kidneys are functioning at five percent (5%). My failing eyesight makes my need greater.
