A Community to Support the Pierce Family

On April 7th, 2014, Jeffrey Pierce was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital to undergo life-saving brain surgery. He had fractured his skull and sustained massive brain injury after falling down a flight of stairs in the middle of the night. Jeffrey has been responding amazingly well to the care he has received in the Neuro ICU but is about to begin a very long and arduous journey in rehabilitation.
Angela Pierce recently lost her job in January of 2014 which subsequently resulted in the family losing their health insurance. In addition, Angela has been fighting to receive her unemployment insurance benefits.
Many generous and thoughtful people have asked how they could help the family. This site has been set up to offer everyone a way to help them as Jeffrey recovers and Angela re-establishes some financial security. The Pierce's have two young children, Ava (6), and Roselyn (5), two dogs, and two cats. We would appreciate any assistance to help them during this very difficult time.
