Philanthropy is caring about the welfare of others. Phil-LUNCH-thropy is helping St Paul Public Schools (67 of them!) pay off the debt from families who struggle to buy lunch for their children.
The majority of kids in SPPS qualify for lunch assistance. Before they get that, many families accumulate food debt that they cannot pay.
School kids deserve to eat lunch. A hot meal designed by nutrition experts is a necessity for kids to learn and feel great.

Our goal is to pay lunch debt, supply St Paul schools with rice/veggie steam ovens, and help kids avoid the 'alternate' lunch because their account is empty!
