Raise Money for Peter Catania's Surgery!

Peter Catania is known by his friends and family for being a loving and supportive husband, father, and friend.  He is always there for those who need help and ready to lend a hand to those in need.  Now it is Peter who needs that same support that he has always given to others.

On Easter evening March 31, 2013, Peter was on his way home on his motorcycle.  He was heading Northbound on Route 83 in Round Lake Beach, when a van ran a red light and side-swiped him while peter was going 45 mph.  The impact alone was powerful enough to cause a fatal injury. However, luckily Peter was fully geared with riding equipment and this managed to save his life.  Still he suffered a severe concussion, several contusions internal and external, and worst of all, shattered his right wrist and arm.  Because of the placement of the bones, the break is blocking a major artery in his wrist that needs to be operated on immediately. 

Doctors have informed us that surgery needs to be completed within the next few weeks or Peter runs the risk of losing function of his right arm permanently.  Peter is the sole provider for his pregnant wife Rebecca, and two little girls Jade and Ivy.  We are using all funds that we have available but unfortunately Peter will be out of work for the next four months and funds are low.
