Pedro Escudero's Funeral Costs
Donation protected
Pedro was diagnosed with melanoma of the pelvic region in 2016. He underwent a series of skin grafts to hopefully eliminate the cancerous cells. Unfortunately during his follow up visits a scan showed irregularities, and a more invasive procedure was recommend and performed. After months of recovery, Pedro was getting stronger and was able to even come back to work part time.
In May of this year things took a turn for the worst. Malignant tumors were found on his left lung, in his back and other parts of his abdomen. As a result of the cancer he has experienced a partially collapsed left lung, pleural effusion (fluid in the lung) as well as metastatic lesions causing pathological fractures to 5 separate vertebrate in his spine.
He has been receiving radiation treatments and chemotherapy when his heart is strong enough to tolerate it – those times becoming less and less frequent.
Pedro is a devoted and loving father, with the kindest of hearts, who always has a smile to share. There’s never a dull moment with him around. He and his family would be grateful for any help you can give. These are understandably tough times for them.
