Patti Hernandez Memorial Fund

As many of you know, the Hernandez family lost their dad, Herman, a few years ago. Yesterday, they lost their mom, Patti. She is now with her sweetheart, but her children are left with the painful and expensive process of funeral arrangements. As they have to come up with these funds on their own, I hope that we can collectively help to relieve some of the financial burden during their time of grief.

Whether she was a relative, friend, fellow mom, or a friend's mom - cheering you on from the sidelines in little league, or (my personal favorite) making trays of empanadas for a summer party, Patti was always smiling and loving all those around her, especially her children.
