Olympic Triathlon for mental health

I know many people who know someone who has took there own life and also know people myself who have decided took there life and I am not willing to let this continue to happen.
it is very clear to see that this is starting to become such big issue with some catastrophic results and this needs to change!! Life can become so hard and ubareable at times and many people can look their happiest whilst actually keeping a lot locked up and could really need someone to talk to, which could save there life! This subject isn't spoken about enough and this needs to change and for this reason I have decided to start this fundraiser so I can help raise money for MIND. This is a mental health charity who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

UPDATE!
I'm now less than 2 weeks away till I complete this challenge in Anytime Fitness Clacton-on-Sea to raise money for Mental Health!

All money goes straight to the charity 'Mind' who help people whilst they are in a bad place and feel like they have no one to turn to. So far I have raised an amazing £1065 thanks to everyone who has shared and donated in the past. Now it's time to reach my 2nd target of £1500 and I know we can smash this if everyone would kindly keep sharing and donating as little or as much as possible.
Far to many people are suffering with this illness and struggle to speak out due to being branded 'Less of a person'. So lets continue to work together and spread as much awareness about Mental health/Depression as possible.
