Oikonomos Psaras’ Funeral

My name is Triantafillia Memisakis and I’m Oikonomos’ niece. I created this page so my uncle can have the funeral he deserves. Oikonomos was a generous soul, a loving father, and a caring husband and uncle. He was taken from his family way too soon and way too suddenly for any of us to be prepared. Throughout his life, my uncle was always willing to help other people and I’m sure he wouldn’t want his family to put themselves into a difficult financial situation to cover these sorrowful expenses. The funeral has been quoted at $25.000, and due to the circumstances of his passing, he needs to be buried within a week. I think we can all agree that’s an outrageous amount for a grieving family to be expected to come up with so quickly after losing their dad and husband. So please help out by contributing whatever amount you can - whether it’s $5 or $50, every little bit helps. If you can’t offer any money at all, please share this with as many people as you can, because we only have 5 days to raise the money.
